Transmission Line Non-Stop Tree Obstacle Cleaning Robot
The live-line tree obstacle clearing robot for power transmission lines consists of five parts: a servo-driven mobile device, a control system, an overhead lifting device, a multi-degree-of-freedom telescopic robotic arm, and end tools. In a live power line state, the robot can carry specialized tools for clearing branches, walk along the conductor, and achieve full coverage of branch clearing in the robot's working area through the swinging of the horizontal operating arm.

● The technology integrates a dual wheel drive walking device and a lightweight multi degree of freedom automatic telescopic work platform to achieve automatic tree obstacle cleaning and full coverage operation in a safe area without power outage
● By manually lifting the insulated telescopic rod with a lightweight upper line pulley system, the robot's quick online function can be achieved
● Adopting a lithium battery cutting arm, it has the characteristics of high cutting efficiency and long operation time
Main functions
● Achieve uninterrupted removal of foreign objects and pruning of tree branches in safe corridors for 110KV and below power lines
● The robot's working space is 4 meters below the line, with a horizontal working radius of 2 meters and a horizontal rotation angle of 2709
● Traceability of robot tree branch pruning process through remote control operation platform
● The robot can automatically complete the up and down lines through unmanned aerial vehicle rope throwing or scissor lift
